Kenya Pipeline Company PLC (KPC) is Kenya's state-established petroleum pipeline and storage operator, transporting refined petroleum products from Mombasa to inland depots serving Kenya and neighboring landlocked markets (Uganda, Rwanda, South Sudan, eastern DRC and northern Tanzania) via its pipeline network and associated storage and handling infrastructure. The Company's fiscal year ends 30 June. In a landmark privatisation transaction, the Government of Kenya listed 65% of KPC on the Nairobi Securities Exchange via an oversubscribed IPO that closed in February 2026, with trading commencing in March 2026 and IPO proceeds directed to Kenya's National Infrastructure Fund; the Government retained a 35% stake. The financial data in this workbook (FY2023-FY2024) predates the March 2026 NSE listing, when the Company operated as a wholly state-owned parastatal.
